Founded in 1981 in Ornavasso, in the Verbano-Cusio-Ossola mountains, on the footsteps of the ancient family tradition of wood craftsmanship and the inspiration of its founder Pierangelo Rainoldi, today, C2 Rainoldi is a trusted partner in the production of gift items, toys, souvenirs and household goods totally made in Italy, at the service of shops, businesses and shopping centres all over the world.
Thanks to an artisanal spirit that has distinguished it for 40 years, combined with the innate creativity of the owner, C2 Rainoldi soon specialised in its flagship product, its handcrafted wooden Pinocchio, the original puppet from Carlo Collodi's fable, entirely carved and finished by the expert hands of the artisans who work with us.
The production and sale of wooden articles
Initially founded as an artisan woodworking shop, the success achieved on a national and international scale (thanks to the renowned wooden Pinocchio and other artisan products) was so great that the company was forced to move to a larger, more efficient complex of 1,000 square metres in Gravellona Toce, where its headquarters are still located.
In 1996, Cristian Rainoldi, the founder's son, joined the company. He brought the business into the digital era, developing an international market that is still in progress. From the United States to the United Arab Emirates, from Australia to New Zealand, up to Japan, today, C2 Rainoldi is one of the most appreciated companies in the Made in Italy sector. The company has managing to win an ambitious challenge: maintaining the high quality of craftsmanship and increasing demand.

Despite the increase in demand and production on a global scale, C2 Rainoldi has managed to keep its entire production in its own factories, earning the recognition of "Eccellenza Artigiana" by the Piedmont Region.
